A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your rental date and ensure staff coverage.  The remaining balance is due the day of your rental.

Outside Food & Drink is allowed.  However, some foods are not permitted in the auditorium.  These are foods that are not easy to clean up if spilled and/or may cause damage to the seats or auditorium.  Check with staff prior to attending.

Unless you are inquiring about a private showing, or buying tickets for our weekend's available feature, Waynesboro Theatre does not provide movies for rentals if your plan is to show a movie for your group.  You may provide us with a Blu-ray, DVD, or a device that can be link with an HDMI cable.  All movie licensing requirements are the responsibility of the Renter.

If your rental time is 11 am - 2 pm, your arrival time is 11 am.  If you'd like your guest to arrive at 11 am and you'd like to set up beforehand, you can add time at 15 minute increments at $15 per.  If you are planning on providing us with a movie, check the run time.  Run-times can cause issues with your planned rental's activities.

Nothing may be affixed to walls, ceilings, seats, or floors using nails, screws, staples, tape or any adhesive that may cause damage to the facility.

The Renter is responsible for leaving the facility in the same condition as it was found.  Excessive cleaning required beyond normal use will result in additional fees charged to the Renter.

Canellation fewer than 30 days prior to event - no refund of the security deposit will be issued.  Cancellation of 30 days or greater prior to event - 50% of the security deposit will be returned.

Base rental price includes up to 25 people.  You can add more people up to a capacity of 180 at $5 per person over 25.

Earliest you may arrive is the agreed upon start time.  If your agreed upon rental is 11am - 2pm the earliest you can arrive is 11 am.  You can arrive earlier, it's $15 for every additional 15 minutes.
