The Waynesboro Theatre is run by the non-profit Waynesboro Community Theatre Project. Our goal is to bring affordable movie theatre entertainment for all ages, and we couldn't do that without generous sponsors. We owe our success to YOU!

Movie Sponsorship Packages

Business Sponsorship $250

This Sponsorship covers a movie already planned.

  • Before the movie starts, we shout out and thank our business sponsor.

  • Businesses may choose to talk to the audience before the movie starts. You may tell them about your business and/or do giveaways. We typically give 5 to 10 minutes for this.

  • Name of Business on marquee with movie.

  • Name of Business on movie posters for social and traditional media. Promotions shared on theatre and Mainstreet Waynesboro social media platforms.

  • 4 tickets to attend the movie you are sponsoring.

  • Plus, you get the monthly sponsorship bonuses listed below too.

Individual Sponsorship $200

This Sponsorship covers a movie already planned.

  • 4 tickets to attend the movie you are sponsoring.

  • If you choose to do this anonymously, we will not do the following.

  • Before the movie starts, we shoutout and thank you for sponsoring the movie.

  • Name on marquee with movie.

  • Name on movie posters for social and traditional media. Promotions shared on theatre and Mainstreet Waynesboro social media platforms.

  • Plus, the benefits of the Individual Monthly Sponsorship

Like to pick your own movie?

  • Picking your own movie is an additional $50

  • If a movie's run-time is longer than 2 hours, +$50

  • PG rated movies have no additional cost

  • PG-13 rated movies additional $25. Rated R movies additional $50.

  • The additional cost of unrated movies would be to the discretion of the manager.

Monthly Advertising Packages

Gold Package $75

  • Business flier or video (15 seconds) displayed on the big screen before movie showings.

  • Additional $25 for 30 second videos.

  • Business name or logo displayed on TV behind concessions as a supporter of the theater.

  • Non-Profit Pricing: $25.00 a month.

Silver Package $50

  • Business name or logo displayed on TV behind concessions as a supporter of the theater.

Individual Monthly Sponsorship $25

  • If you choose, name displayed on TV behind concessions as a supporter of the theater.
